Title: Error in Package Installation - upgrading to to SMF 1.1.13

I received an error when trying to online upgrade from 1.1.12 to 1.1.13

It appears one file was not found:
   ./ssi_examples.php    File not found

Any advice?

It's just an example file for ssi functions,i don't know how you don't have it,but you can copy it from an installation package

Or you can safely ignore it, it won't hurt you to leave that one off.
