Title: Urgent help - When my Users Online reached 30 my forum gone dead slow

my forum is brand new Powered by SMF 2.0 RC5 and i was testing my forum from the last 5 days. it was working fine with good speed, today i launched it and When my Users Online reached 30 my forum gone dead slow :( and users posted a thread this forum is too slow and asked me to change the server

some one please help me    :(
