what do i need to do ?

THis came up when i tried to anounce a new topic.

Please assist asap.

Bumping a topic after 13 minutes is bad form.  Allow hours and days for a response, not minutes.

Looks like pre.php is an auto_prepend_file, but that's just a guess because it isn't part of SMF.  I'd ask your host about that file.
