Title: Wiki looks like crap at 1024 width

Title says it all... the left column should not have a percentage based width, it should be statically set.

there is a thread in the doc helpers board on the wiki theme with suggested changes http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=414496.0

also there is http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=421810.0 which is related to the wiki theme width.

Agreed, percentage based width is unnecessary there. It looks odd on my 1920x1080 resolution screen.
