Title: Hiding posts before join date?

Would a mod to prevent users seeing posts that were made prior to their joining date be hard or is it something fairly simple?

I have no idea where to start and have done a search for ideas but found nothing.

thanks in advance if you have any ideas.

It would be tedious, mostly, as there are lots of areas to modify.
