Just for fun I downloaded this emoticon pack. They do have transparency set.

They are 128X128 however. A 75% reduction brings them to 32X32. Nice set I am going to add it to my site once I am done resizing them.

It is a simple edit.

I used an open source graphic editor http://www.getpaint.net

Unpack the files. Open the program and select all files.

Choose Image Resize 25%. Go through each one. Then close the program and it will ask you to save changes. Then just click through each as they come up to save the changes. Takes like 5 minutes.

I would upload but it is not my work and I don't have permission.

It already has it done.

Just download the package and open the directory where you unpacked the files.

Actually I was putting together a modified package. Here is a good one. The file says avatars. The directory in the zip says emoticons lol.

They install as avatars and not emoticons.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
<!DOCTYPE package-info SYSTEM "http://www.simplemachines.org/xml/package-info">
<package-info xmlns="http://www.simplemachines.org/xml/package-info" xmlns:smf="http://www.simplemachines.org/">
   <name>Blacy E. Avatars</name>
   <id>diegorixo:gameavatars</id>
   <type>avatar</type>
   <version>1.0</version>

   <install>
<readme type="file" parsebbc="true">license.txt</readme>
<require-dir name="Blacy Emoticons" destination="$avatardir" />
        <require-dir name="Blacy Emoticons 32X32" destination="$avatardir" />
   </install>

   <uninstall>
<readme type="file" parsebbc="true">license.txt</readme>
<remove-dir name="$avatardir/Blacy Emoticons" />
        <remove-dir name="$avatardir/Blacy Emoticons 32X32" />
   </uninstall>
</package-info>

Going to do a quick change so the unmodified version installs as avatars and the modified version installs as smileys. Learn something new every day.

Going to PM the author also. Seems the license text is open source for non-commercial use.

This a cute pack of Avatars denominated "Blacy", Contain a great variety of this emoticons.
Enjoy it!
