This issue has been there for quite a while. Images inserted when the theme is approved, don't work.

It doesn't matter how you provide the link, it doesn't work:
(http://custom.simplemachines.org/themes/index.php/action,download/lemma,2435/image,thumb)
(http://custom.simplemachines.org/themes/index.php?action-download;lemma=2435;id=14258;image=thumb)

The last link, however, works if you put the link directly in your address bar:
http://custom.simplemachines.org/themes/index.php?action=download;lemma=2435;id=14258;image=thumb
