hi guys,really sorry if this has been posted before,or in the wrong section,but i would like some help on this problem i believe to be a bug.
there are two questions.
i have guests cant browse the forum as you will by the picture

but when i enter my user name and password,minutes to stay logged in ie 60/120/180 or even longer,and having always stay logged in box ticked
i get a error page

after the second error page comes up,i retry site url and am logged in.
for my second question,i would like to add some extra content to my first area,guests cant view forum part,something like more text or banner,where would i find this ?what php file isit.

There is no action=forum in the standalone SMF package. You need to post your question to the appropriate portal thread, please.
please accept my Apologies,thought it had to do with smf,as i do have simple portal installed.
