Title: [4903] Profile permission disables Paid Subscriptions

If the View profile summary and stats permission is disabled, it removes the Paid Subscriptions link from Profile for that membergroup.

Confirmed.

More: the subscription page is completely disabled and ?action=profile;area=subscriptions is inaccessible.

Resolved in 2.1 by users always being able to visit their own profile.
