Error is repeated loads of times, any idea on how to fix?

first your file has "application/x-httpd-php BoardIndex.template.php
PHP script text" at the top of it which it should not
also the line that the error is on is a php comment so that should not be the line that the error is on. is what you posted the whole error message?
It also looks like the block of code is from the Classified ads mod.
So, you'll be better off asking about this in the mod's support topic.

What I posted is what I can see in the logs, will try the classified mods forums.
