Title: WtF With Twitter Bootstrap CSS

I would like to use the Twitter Bootstrap Top Menu in my SMF site theme and am wondering what part of the Bootstrap CSS to use. I have my edited Bootstrap CSS file attached for reference, and a screenshot of the issue it's causing.
