I would like to add a tabbed table to the top of a role-playing forum (Where you see ads on this site), preferably one that would "adopt" the styles from the theme, so it would match multiple themes. However, I would like it only to appear on the board index.
If it's possible I would like it to have 4 tabs and a side box for announcements, that stays no matter what tab it's on.
I'm sorry if this is not in the right place.
