Hello we have happily been promoting and building our online film forum as part of our web site at but now for some unknown reason it has decided not to work and is reporting the following error message: Database Error
Please try again. If you come back to this error screen, report the error to an administrator.
If anyone could please let me know why it might be doing this I would be very glad to find out how to fix the problem?

Have you tried going to your site's CPanel and repairing the database?
If you do that and get no joy, I think it's "Give your host a wave" time.
Yep, try repairing the database (e.g. via phpMyAdmin). If it still doesn't work, contact your host asking if MySQL is down.
