Ultimate solution: Don't use free hosting.
its not free hosting , its paid hosting ,

well i am also using unlimited package which cost 35$ a year :P , i also contact with ipage , they are telling me to delete the database , this is my main site , it took year to make this database ,
only for this site i am using their hosting ,
now they reopen the ticket and their specialist will look at this matter in 24 hr , :(
Looks like the Ad Management mod is responsible.
Do you have anything in your error log ? Also, do you have the latest version of this mod installed ?
Of course, uninstall the mod and your issue will go away, or maybe post your issue in the mod's topic (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=68632.0) and see what the author says.
ok i uninstall Ad Management mod and reinstall again and also post in Ad Management mod support topic , thanks

this is i told by ipage support ,
i disable the error log , and now its looks ok to me
admin -> security and moderation -> uncheck enable error logging
