Moderation center unapproved posts replies and topics sometimes the title does not appear

Every time I click on the image, to enlarge it, I get thrown to some website. :(
Did you cleared you forum's cache? Is error log throwing any errors?

unapproved posts and topics page refresh problem again
2: Empty out unimportant logs
unapproved posts and topics page refresh problem again
3: Find and repair any errors
unapproved posts and topics page refresh problem again
no error log record
