These things are always subjective, mate.
Why not search the mod site for chat mods and read their support topics?
That way, you'll get a feel for what they do, what hassles people have had, with them, and how good the support, for the mod, is.
You can form an... er... informed opinion, then, and go for the one that you feel would suit you best. :)
