What version of SMF?
Charset is UTF8 or not?
Language? And the language pack you are using is UTF8 or not?

By chance are you copy&pasting these texts from MS Word?

The fact that you are posting in your own topic after less than 20 minutes is not considered a particularly nice behaviour.
The usual rule of thumb is to patiently wait for 24 hours before "BUMP" (i.e. re-post asking "ANSWER ME!!!111!!1"). The reason? People don't live on this forum or maybe are busy with something else.

You are cutting and pasting text with Microsoft "Smart Quotes" into SMF. If your SMF forum is UTF-8, some browsers will convert Smart Quotes to proper UTF-8 characters. Otherwise, you're out of luck until SMF developers get around to fixing the problem.

Where is the Word Censor feature located, or do I have to add it to the basic package?
