Aye, that's correct.
Pinpointing where the issue is coming from atm as it is completely random.

At first I thought the topic said high stress management. Was looking for some tips. ;)
Sorry, I meant 300 to 600 minutes :P
Welcome back and sorry for the annoying delay :)
Thanks for getting us operational again! :)
Thanks
You're welcome folks :)
Is that because of high visitors amount? I've experienced lags earlier.
I saw forums on SMF running huge communities, so I think it should handle this.
No we just have some angry hardware to deal with once in a while to keep it happy :)
Place is a damned sight quicker, today, than it's been for quite a while.
Whatever you did, mate, keep doing it. ;)
Just got this -

Aware of it, busy running maintenance to some parts of the server structure which is elevating the loads on the nodes.
Bridge to Engineering. Negative effect on power reduction. Speed is still increasing.
The place is almost unusable, now. God knows how it's gonna be when all the Yanks get home from work/school... :(
The concurrent visitors seems a bit high, but not terribly high.
Nah, 1600 people online is not a huge deal; the peak for the month so far was 2400 or so IIRC.
And that's 1600 in a time frame of 30 minutes... So not to bad at all
There is *far* more traffic than meets the eye from the forum whois online of course.
The occasional lags with the forum will be fixed soon though when we install new servers and rebuild some key infrastructure points.
WoOt! Ta, Liroy!
lets hope you can figure it out soon.
as a web host myself i know it's a pain when you have a problem that no-one can put their finger on.
but it is a pain when it's not working and as K said virtually un-usable unfortunately
