We could speculate forever on what the cause is but no one will probably know.

Suggest you disable mods one by (or add mods one by one) till the activity rises. I see you have Simpleportal installed. Sometimes the recent posts/topics block is known to raise MySQL load. You could try disabled it if its being used.

Maybe you just need a bigger hosting package ?? What's your allocation and how big/active is your forum.

It's a medium community with average 70 posts, 3 topics, 24 peoples online and 4 users registration per day.
The forum link is in my signature.

Also, it's not only high MySQL activity, but high CPU + Memory usages too. It makes my forum suspended. This suspended means the public_html is set to 0000 (not sure, autoset or hosting changes it to 0000?).

I believe there is no relation with bigger hosting package 'cuz it's not listed about the how big is RAM, the processor, and something like that.

Hm, Simpleportal? Before this problem, I set auto-refresh chatbox (from Simpleportal) to 5 seconds and guest allowed to see. Maybe it will be hurt the server. so I set it to 15 seconds and guest is not allowed to see. Hope this problem solved.

Quite possibly the issue, see how it goes.  ;)

Chat boxes and chat rooms will, invariably, kill your server on a shared server host.

They are pointless. Dump te chat box completely and your server will probably never spike again.

Finally my host moved my forum to another server and this problem was solved already :)
