I dont understand your quoestion.
No they are asking you to resize your avatar its REALLY big. An avatar shouldn't be bigger than 200PX x 200PX
I guess the question was why does his/her forum resize the avatar automatically, but it doesn't resize automatically here. The reason is because automatic resizing puts a strain on the server, and when you have 26,000+ members, it can really kill your server. :P
