After Upgrade from RC2 to 2.0.3, Non Mod is working now ?
What should i do ?
All the mods you had previously would have been removed during the upgrade. You'll have to reinstall them.

Yup. The mods need updating/replacing because of all the changes since 2.0 RC2 - there's another 3 RCs and 4 minor versions since then.

After installing them again, do they have same setting as previous ?
Probably. Depends on the specific mods.
