Users can't post new topic....... My permissions are OK.......... i have checked on it several times.....what do i do....... this is the error message i get An Error Has Occurred!

That would mean that permissions are not OK and you have misconfigured it in some fashion... I don't know what you've checked but you definitely haven't set it correctly.

So... in the board's configuration, what permission profile is that board set to?

All the board are in Default permission......how do i go about it....?

Admin>Boards>Manage boards>Permissions.
