Title: Quote notification and mention

I need a mod to notify members when their posts are quoted. A mode that sends PM to member whose post is quoted.

And a mod to mention other users like facebook mentions.

There is a modification that exists, however it is paid.

How about a mod for mentioning users? like what there is in facebook.
