Title: Can't access the Package manager browsing

Hello!

I've been facing a problem since last week. I uploaded my files by using 000webhost, and my forum version is 2.0.4 but I can't access the package manager when I need to to browse for new mods and scripts for the forum. It just gets blank. Is it the problem of uploading the files? That I did something wrong? I need help soon as possible! Thank you!
