Title: can't post; no permission to access /index.php ... 404 Not Found error

Hiya :-)


I can't post in the forum, due to this error ... "You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.  Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request". Been a lot of restores, ftp etc recently. Anything I'd mis-uploaded, which did mean there was an extra public_html in the public_html directory, I deleted, so I'm at a loss as to what is causing this error. Not the theme either, which was the only error I could see, as I went onto the Curve theme and same error happened. 2.0.5 I'm running.

Could be a mod_security issue http://wiki.simplemachines.org/smf/Mod_security_-_Having_problems_with_mod_security  or a permission issue.
