You can delete 2.0.2, 2.0.3, 2.0.4 provided you DO NOT UNINSTALL them.

The 2.0.2 patch contains just the stuff from 2.0.1 to 2.0.2, the 2.0.3 patch is just the stuff from 2.0.2 to 2.0.3 and so on.

If you get the upgrade package it will remove every single mod you have because it is a fresh set of files.

If you are uncertain LEAVE THEM ALONE.

The amount of disk space you save is *tiny*. I really wouldn't bother.

The patch files are not 128MB. They're not even 1MB together. I helped write some of them, I know exactly how big they are.

You can delete the backups if you don't need them.
