Are you using the latest version of SMF?
Any Mods installed?
Are you using a custom theme?
Any errors in the error logs? Apache, PHP, SMF?

What web host are you using?

Is it all pages show that?
Or just certain pages?

It seems to me, that the install did not work correctly.
Try to go to your site, using this at the end of the url:

index.php?theme=1

That will force it to use the default theme for you.
Then, you can see if it is effecting it, too.

It's likely every page. Can you attach this file to a reply?
Sources\Load.php
Have you also asked/looked in the support topic for that mod?
