PLEASE HELP ME! I AM GETTING SLAMMED WITH HACKS AND SPAM WITH A SECURITY RISK......

Don't caps!

Just remove the file upgrade.php from your forum root

As for spam, it has nothing to do with this file. Read this

For spam.....there are really good anti-spam mods on the smf mod site.
