how can i fix the menu bar not to be moveable? And i want to make the div wrap to be 100% wide like the header. Then if possible i'd like to add search box on the nav menu right side just like facebook. Thanks

I wish to add additional link to the menu after the HOME button. which file do i need to edit, i look into the subs.php but dont know which code to add or edit.
