Hello everyone, hope all is well.
I am looking for a mod, that can send out a Tweet for new posts/replies.
So, you set up a Twitter account. And when a new Topic or reply has been made, a Tweet would be sent out.
For example: [user] has posted in [topic] : [link] [#hastag]
I hope this makes sense.

Doesn't do replies but if needed that is something I can probably setup.
