Title: Smileys Tutorial To Creat The File

I am using 2.0 or newer, the newest version.

I would like to write my own Smileys plugin.  Is there a tutorial to do so?
I have already created the 16px images in .png and .gif and icon.  I just need to write the file(s) so it can be used in SMF.

So I just upload the images of the smileys to my theme then choose them from the drop down on the drop down button that says "New Smiley Set"? 

So, does this mean I store them in a folder then a .zip - then, I upload them in a .zip and then extract them?  Lastly, I am to select the Smiley images from the drop down button?
