Title: Account Verification via Phone Confirmation Code

I know this is very complicated and requires a API via popular phone-hosted services, but is it possible for SMF to develop this feature without having a API?

I think this feature will be very useful for SMF 2.1 version. Doubt this will ever be implemented but if it does, then it's a miracle :)
