This modification unites minded people, who gang together to get economy of scale discounts for buying in bulk for specific goods, which they plan to purchase. A great example is the many groups of people living in a same town who purchase some goods in this way to cut down the price. Because I do not understand the wording on the photos supplied in the mod preview, I wanted to ask a few questions, please?  Is this mod primarily a catalog or is it set up so that actual transactions can be carried out onsite (calculating price, shipping and handling, keeping inventory; that sort of thing)?  Do payment features exist?  If so, are the transactions of individuals maintained in the database, along with the ability to track?  (I guess I'm basically asking if this has the capability to be an online store or is it a catalog system?)

This modification may be used as online store but primarily it is for group buying https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Group_buying
Payment features exist, but there is no full-fledged payment system. You can only notify the administrator (or purchase organizer) about payment.

Thanks!  I have a friend who I think could really use this.  I'll build another test forum and give it a try.   :)

While I'm looking your modification I noticed some problems.

1) Language files calling external images, while I understand the reasoning its still a huge risk. Also I strongly suggest creating external documentation for the modification. So you won't have to update the mod to update the docs. I think we can arrange something here as well if needed. This also clears language files big times so core software can be translated far more faster.
2) On install, installer trying to change Who.russian-utf8.php 3 times (instead of Who.english & Who.english-utf8).
3) datepicker.english.js missing.
4) Quite some validation errors.
5) In Purchase Admin page, h3 titlebg missing div title_bar.
6) In Purchase Admin page, you are using dl/dt without dd (validation error) also its not required, wrap it with div.
7) In Categories & Goods pages, h3.titlebg has broken div.title_bar.
