I am using SMF 1.0.5 I try to install latest version of Shop Mod but always at the last step this error shows up

2: copy(/home/exguides/public_html/asetforum/Sources/ManageBoards.php~): failed to open stream: Permission denied
File: /home/exguides/public_html/asetforum/Sources/Subs-Package.php
Line: 1241

What to do?
