I have a forum PHPBB forum 3.0.12 I need converted to SMF and the SMF merged with my existing SMF forum. I have went around and around trying the converter tool and tried several different servers and can't get it to work. Is there anyone on here who I can pay to help?

When I run the converter it stalls out on converting ranks and just sits there like it's working on it, but nothing happens.
