Title: Mobile login, form exists on ;wap but is unusable 2.0.15

Tested on two 2.0.15 forums I run, confirmed on this site.

wap, wap2 and imode all include a login form.

Wap does not show a link to it like wap2 and imode do, and the form is broken so can not be submitted.

WAP doesn't use standard HTML while WAP2 and imode sorta do, judging by the template.
