hello is allowed to make SMF Distributions ? that provide site features and functions for a specific type of site as a single download containing smf core, contributed mods, themes, and pre-defined configuration. They make it possible to quickly set up a complex, use-specific site in fewer steps than if installing and configuring elements individually?

if you want to include mods or themes from the cust site you need to look up the license on each of them as some are not able to be redistributed.
And you are not allowed to redistribute a modified version of smf and still call it smf.
