problem with visual editor code and quote

the WYSIWYG editor does not work well, we dont recommend using it and we are not going to fix it.

It's being dropped for a different editor in 2.1

I believe it's the same one we use now in TP, SCEditor

That would make sense, because I'm seeing more and more platforms adopting it into their platform. Better than making one from scratch
