i install this mod on PHP7 7.2

It installs ok but not showing in the index only the header saying shoutbox also lang it missing on tools too
look in the Membergroups and Permissions no seeting is there as anyone know of a shoutbox that is working please as the above one not working on the 17

Which SMF version are you using? Do you see any errors in the Admin Control Panel error logs?
Since the mod was last updated for SMF 2.0.15, it's very probable that it's not compatible with PHP 7.2; you'd have to ask the mod author to fix the problem (https://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=269091.0).
The mod site specifically has a section for Chat/Shoutboxes (https://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?action=search;type=24), please search there.
