not work i could turn off guest permission all , how i can do it?
Anyone can help me? :-[ , for guest not allowed for view all , only guest can register

So you're trying to disable guest access, and only allow them to register?

What did you try? What did not work? What happened instead?
As Kindred said, disabling Admin → Configuration → Features and Options → General → "Allow guests..." should work.
