hi I state that I am using a version 2.0.17
I was looking for a mod or a system that would allow me to "force" the user who sees the post to click a "Thank you" button to see a link or attachment in the post
where if you do not click the button thank you no link or attachment is visible
I do not believe that any such mod currently exists.
how can I do?

you would have to code it yourself or request a mod to be made for you... you may have to pay someone to make it, if none of the mod authors is willing to do it for free.
