Hi, I am a complete noob so bear with me. I had setup a forum and trying to post and then got this error. How can i solve it? Thanks in advance!

You don't have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.Forbidden

Disable mod_security. If you don't see it in cpanel, ask host support to disable it.
