Title: Edit Site Title...The name at the top of the home page.

The title of the forum is The New Mexico Assembly Forum.  I spelled it Fourm.  How do it edit the title?

@ Admin->Configuration->Server Settings->General->Forum Title

please don't post the same issue twice
and you posted in the 2.0.x support and the 2.1.x support
I removed one of your duplicates

so is this for 2.0.x or 2.1.x

if 2.0.x then as pipke said

if 2.1.x then
admin > maintenance > server settings > general > forum title
