Mod questions must be asked in the support topics for those mods. We can't control how long a mod author chooses to answer, if at all.

SMF Support provides support for the SMF product.
Support for mods and themes are provided (or not) by the mod/theme author and are not the responsibility of the SMF Support Team (although we do try to help out when we can, even there)

In this case, we know that Bugo DOES respond to requests, when he has the time. So, maybe he has not yet had the time to answer your questions. Either way, the questions are specific to the mods and are outside of general SMF support.

and not to mention that for your similar topics questions, they were answered, no they didn't give you a step by step how to do it, but they did tell you which files to edit for what you wanted to do.

No, I did it myself (done). There is another question: related topics are showing to members only; not for visitors.
