Title: New topic and Reply for Guests

Hello,

Is there anyway I can add a "New Topic" button in every forum and a "Reply" button on everypost for Guests to see, then if they click on those buttons, it will take them to Register page?

Not easily.

By intention,  smf never shows a user any action which they can not complete.
