Does anyone know of a glossary mod that works with 2.1.x?

We run a medical related forum and whenever you hovered over certain terms, a window popped up with a box with an explanation of what the term represented. The mod we used before was "Glossary v0.3.1" and it has a few errors when trying to install it with the new SMF version.

I haven't seen one myself. The only such mod at our mod database is compatible only with 2.0.x.

You can always request one compatible with 2.1.x at our Mod Requests (https://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?board=79.0) forum and hopefully someone will code it for you.

I've been monkeying around with the old glossary mod, trying to update for 2.1.x.

I successfully updated it, but got stuck when I tried to convert it to hooks only

I was going to try to modify the old one by using the same code by just resolving the install errors. When I try to do the install there are a few blocks of code that can't find the right installation points in the new pages.

Yes, the changes in 2.1 do require an update to the targets...

I was not able to get this to work. I updated the install.xml code to resolve the install errors that were being flagged. Basically, resolving the target points. I did not change any other code. I got to the point where the package installer would show "Test Successful" for everything (it did skip certain files). The updated packaged installs but it still is not working. I hate to ask would you be interested to share the changes you made?

Right now, my version of the mod is in a between state.... I have the hooks partially working... but I removed all the original edits.

I'll try to get back to it this month

@Kindred pleaseeeee, need u for update this mod. I want to go to 2.1... but I need this mod :p

Or please, any guide about to transform this mod for 2.0 to 2.1?

Sorry, I started a new RL job that is taking much of my time.

I'll see if I can take some time over the 4th weekend
