Title: missing bullet point and irregular newlines

On https://dev.simplemachines.org/smcfunctions.php, it looks like:

Quote'column_info' should be an array of data containing with keys

is missing a bullet point.  I think the placement of newlines on this page could be improved as well, for example an additional newline after a series of bullet points, and one fewer newline before a series of bullet points.
