hello guys, is it possible to set auto update smf on forum when new version comes out, it will update to newest version automatically

what about inserting servername and just clicking by update?
or do i have to install new version manually through pasting new version installer on FTP?

Every new update, you usually just have to click on the notice in admin which has a link in it to get the package and take you to the install screen.

It's usually a few clicks and you're done.

Remember, 2.0 series had a total of 19 patches in 12 years... 2.1 has had 3 patches so far - these things are really not common.
