I am having a problem with the SMF Community Forum (this forum).
I want to change my timezone, because the forum time and my time does not match up. But I can't access the Look and Layout menu from my profile.

I don't know if it's an bug, or an access resistriction, but judging from that I run the same forum software (like many others here), I don't see why an admin wants to block access to those.
Any help would be appreciated. If having access to the settings are impossible, please change my timezone to GMT+03.

It only takes a couple of more posts, and you will see the option to do this yourself. We quite heavily limit features from new members, because we are actively fighting spammers. You should get access to your profile after 10 (counted) posts, not all posts count on all boards.
Okay. I got confused because the message times does not made sense. :-\
You might want to re-consider enabling the theme options only, since the options on this page does not change anything publicly visible (unlike the Forum Profile tab.).

The permissions are not divided like that
Actually for the things that the restriction was put in for, they should be as of 2.1 - namely signature.
