Related to your malware issue, we have rollbacked and renamed back both of these files:
- httpdocs\Themes\default\sha1.js
- httpdocs\Themes\default\scripts\script.js
These two files cause malware in your website files.
We have tried to zip both files, but as a result, some of your website functions do not work properly such as Smileys on your website.
But the malware issue has gone if we zip both files.
So we recommend that you consult with your web developer to resolve this issue, as it is related to your website's scripting.
And please review again some of your javascript files in this directory:
\httpdocs\Themes\default\scripts
We are worried that some of the javascript files in the folder have been injected with malware scripts.
Please kindly escalate it to your website developer

The host will not do a clean install as recommended by another poster and is leaving it all to me! I do not have the skill set to do what is required.

If I were you I would start looking for another host. Anyways, you can reuest either paid or free help at our Help wanted not for support board to find someone who can help you with that.

If your files get quarantined and/or cleaned... but you keep getting new problems, then your server is compromised and the hackers will keep adding new hacks until you fix that core problem...
